It’s nearly the weekend (we’ve successfully made it past hump day) so we’re already planning what cheeky cocktails we can make and enjoy. A good cocktail is one of life’s great pleasures – a good one will make you gasp (with joy) and sigh (with pleasure) all at the same time. Whether you’re mixing something up at home or sharing with friends at a get-together we’ve got some fabulous recipes for you to try. Finders gins are gorgeous on their own and just as good when made into a cocktail. So this is what we’re making this weekend…
It’s all about the fresh citrusy flavours for us – so we’re grabbing some lemons and limes and our cocktail shaker!
The Southside Citrus Rickey uses our Finders Lemon & Lime Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and is topped up with soda. A long refreshing crisp cocktail. Garnish with some mint leaves and a lime twist. Zingy!
The Lemon Drop uses our Finders Sherbet Lemon Vodka, Triple Sec, sugar syrup and lemon juice. Shake with ice and serve in a martini glass, garnish with a lemon twist. You can even powder the rim of the glass with lemon sherbet to make it even more beautiful and yummy!
